I found this lovely quilt while visiting the Columbus Museum of Art last May. It’s been hanging out in Lightroom waiting for an excuse to bring it out. I just needed something colorful. Is that a good enough excuse?

Beautiful! I love quilts. I have one that belonged to my great aunt’s mother in law….made during the Civil War or shortly thereafter. Am trying to find a museum that would like it but they all tell me they are chock full of quilts and send me to someone else…who never responds. I enjoyed this though! Beautiful!
