Nice way to say hello to a great day in Seattle. Good morning Mr. Tug. Thank you for sounding your horn for me. Nice to know that I still have that pumping my arm up and down magic. Some day, I plan on becoming an adult. What? It could happen!
Yesterday morning, I woke up early and drove in to Seattle to see the sunrise. I chose a spot called Gas Works Park. Several online well wishers had recommended the location.
They were right. I’ll share the view across the lake to Seattle tomorrow. Spectacular as the morning sky line was, the old gas works silhouetted against the morning sky was what had my attention. After the sun was up in the sky, I had breakfast that included homemade strawberry jam. Yummy! Then it was off to work for some fantastically creative meetings.
As I was winding up my day, yesterday evening, I thought about my recent trip to the Hoh rain forrest located on the Pacific coast of Washington’s Olympic peninsula. So, pictured above is a little of what I was remembering. Even in August, the Forrest growth was lush and green.
Enjoy, and have a great day.
